Patrick has been the brand marketing and revenue strategy leader across multiple consumer-facing platforms and products, having driven scale for startups in the seed stage, Series A, and Series B. He was an early employee at Therabody leading global eCommerce and D2C growth and at Pangaea heading up the Lumin brand. He was also the co-founder and CMO of Apastra, a supply chain acceleration marketplace. Prior to the startup world, Patrick worked as an operator with two London-based private equity funds where he helped to source deals and lead portfolio companies ranging from FinTech to Fitness along several multiples of growth. He studied for his Bachelor’s at UC Berkeley and MBA at London Business School, and most recently he had served two terms as President of the Berkeley-Haas Alumni Network of LA. He is a certified rescue diver, and in his leisure he enjoys skiing, beach volleyball, rugby, and tracking down (and consuming) rare whiskeys. Presently he is working on his tennis game as he has had a longtime commitment to learning a new sport every calendar year.
Patrick views this initiative as a play for purpose and impact. He has shifted his focus in recent years to this type of much needed impact-driven effort across climate, healthcare access, education, and food access. There are too many inefficiencies and misaligned incentives for the current business models that seek to positively affect the world, and Patrick believes that we have no choice but to solve for that in this generation, and that Vectors is uniquely positioned to do so.
