Jordan Garside

Jordan Garside is Senior Counsel, Venture Investments and Strategic Transactions at Dell Technologies, where he manages all legal matters related to the company’s venture capital activities. With a deep understanding of corporate law and strategic transactions, he plays a key role in supporting Dell’s investments in innovative startups and emerging technologies.

Prior to joining Dell, Jordan practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP, where he advised clients on complex corporate transactions. He is passionate about working with driven individuals committed to solving meaningful challenges and making a tangible impact.

Jordan holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an M.S. in Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics and Religion, with a minor in History, from Wake Forest University.
