Jason Jay
Advisor - Director of Sustainability Initiative, MIT Sloan School of Management
Dr. Jason Jay is a Senior Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management, where he teaches courses on leadershi, strategy, and innovation for sustainble businesses. Dr. Jay is also the Director of MIT Sloan's Sustainability Initiative.
Prior to joining MIT, Dr. Jay worked to advance sustainability strategies with Biogen, Bovartis, and Bose., ran an internet startup, worked as a consultant with Dialogos International, and taught kindergarten. He is also a research partner and facilitiate for the EDF Climate Corps and its network of companies.
Dr. Jay holds an Ph.D. in Organization Studies from MIT's Sloan School of Management, a Master's in Education and AB in Psychology from Harvard University,
