About this Event
You are invited to Vectors Angel’s fourth virtual deal selection meeting. The deal selection meeting is open to a limited number of angel investors and VCs. The purpose of the deal selection meeting is to hear pitches from upcoming new startups and existing startups that applied through Vectors Angel network. Meeting attendees will help decide which companies the Vectors Angel due diligence team will move forward with deeper due diligence before inviting investors to form a syndicate.

If you are an angel investor:
For angel investors who are interested in joining our deal selection meeting, you are required to respond to a poll to evaluate startup companies during the deal meeting to help with decisions. We will decide on a reasonable term with the companies collaboratively before going into the due diligence process. If you are interested in joining our deal selection meeting, but have not joined our network yet, we invite you to fill out your investment interests on Vectors Angel’s website (vectors.earth) and join our Slack channel. There is no cost involved in becoming a member of our community. We would like to form a supportive community to link like-minded angel investors with promising and impactful startup companies. If you are a VC:
For VCs who are interested in joining the deal selection meeting, you are required to respond to a poll to evaluate the startup companies and list the reasons why you want (or do not want) to invest in the company. We also require you to fill out potential due diligence questions you would like to see an answer to before making investment decisions. We will decide on a reasonable term with the companies collaboratively before going into the due diligence process. If your portfolio company is raising money and would like Vectors Angel to syndicate, please contact us.
If you are a startup:
The ideal stage of the startups we would like to syndicate on is pre-seed or seed stage VC tracked startups. If you are a later stage company but still want to work with us, we welcome your participation too. The startup should already have a working prototype, with proven customer interests and solid market potential. If you fall into either our interest areas in environment or healthcare, we are happy to hear from you.
This is the deal selection meeting with 80+ angel investors in our network. We will move forward with a detailed DD process with the startup after the deal meeting if there are interests from investors. We aim to finish the DD process within one month. In any chance if your startup is not selected to formally syndicate (for example, the stage is too early for us or other reasons), we can still pass your fundraising requests to our angel community so they can choose to work with you independently.
